Good question. Both are good opponents, very different from eachother. You know when you go against an African team its a different pace and style of play so its nice to see we beat both taems. We didn't wipe the floor with either but I think its something to really build on.

I think the US played a decent Swiss team, and a below-average South African team, and got wins against both.  I don't think either win was particularly pretty (especially the 2nd half against South Africa, where we couldn't hold possession and our defenders just kept jacking the ball downfield), but pretty doesn't always win the game.More importantly for the US, the past 2 games have given an opportunity for guys like Altidore, Adu, Szetela, etc., to get a feel for a what a road game feels like, and familiarizes them with the routine and the daily operation of the National Team.  Experience like that for the youngsters will be valuable once the US is in the 2010 WC Qualifying cycle.
